05. Jacksonville Jaguars –Edge – Abdul Carter – University of Penn State

The Jaguars are rebuilding again, however unlike most rebuilds, it seems as if they have their QB.  Regardless, the takes best player approach is the move here.  Carter like a couple number 11’s before him (Micah Parson, Lavarr Arrington) wreck havoc on games.  If the Jags could get the defense and coach figured out they may be onto something.
